  Ok prices good location...fresh produce Meat and fish, bread can be pretty limited or non existent and if you come late, sale items can be sold-out.
  
  Overall, they have the best prices in three neighborhood but they tend to be overly focused on canned/boxed or processed food, ie the worst food you can possibly put in your body
  . The no frills at Broadway and cambie had a much better selection and more variety .
  Better value for some basics such as milk eggs, some produce and frozen foods, as well as no name brand general items.
  Lineups aren't too bad but they only take certain credit cards ( MasterCard not visa). Large spacious grocery store and lineups not bad even when busy. The staff are 50-50, some are pleasant, but others make the experience like a visit to a street dentist in the third world.

  This location is good. Well organized and they generally have a nice stock of sale items. Wheelchair accessible. Located on the south side of West 4th Ave.

  Modest variety of shelf items. Produce section is also small. The frozen goods department is a big part of the store. Good only for a quick grocery shopping as there is limited parking. Flyer deals are almost sold out early.

  Good place to buy groceries, specially the no name or President's Choice brand. Best to enroll into the PC plus rewards program to get the best deals.
