  I believe was discriminated against here. I went here to use the bathroom this morning near 8 am. I ask for the key and am asked to wait in line. I quietly wait for the only other non-worker there to complete their order. I assume I might be told I have to make a purchase, which would be fine since I had money. They grab their stuff and leave. The manager takes his time to reach down and grab the sort of piece of plastic that might hold a key. He looks at me and says "I guess someone lost they key." He then smirks and me and says, "You can't use the bathroom." That's it. Bear in mind there is a gender neutral disability access washroom and a ladies room either would have been fine and should have been fine for the company given that there were zero customers. I think I was treated this way because I was wearing the slightly dirty jeans, boots, and plaid coat of a worker rather than the higher end cloths of a UBC resident. I was thoroughly offended. I mean should there be no key I'd expect a sorry we can't help you or other typical customer service line. Zero stars for that attitude and treatment but I can't give zero so one star.

  Great drinks, better than Starbucks. I had a mango Fruitchillo and it was really good, thick like a milkshake. Very friendly service as well.

  Smaller than street side Blenz stores, so some line-up can be expected in busy hours and service can be a bit slow. A lot of student staffs.
  The place is often bustling and busy, good for an afternoon meeting / casual hangout. Not much for reading a book or things like that..

  I usually like this place but today I ordered an iced vanilla latte. The barista made hot latte, realized he made a mistake, and proceeded to ask me to take it instead of an ice latte. When I told him I wanted a cold drink he put some ice in it and gave it to me. I asked him to make me a new one. He forgot the vanilla syrup. By that pt I gave up.
