  I do enjoy their donuts however this is the third time I've had a dozen (or half) to go and received a NOT SO POPULAR donut by "mistake". At $3 a pop, not cool. This location is popular and busy. I place my order and get pushed towards the till. I wouldn't watch over the ladies shoulder to confirm my request. But she's loading the box from drawers behind her. Granted staff may feel equally rushed, but I want quality NOT quantity of service. Slow down. Your donuts are so good Cartems we all can wait a few extra seconds to fill the orders right ☺

  The coolest thing happened today! It's my husband's birthday and we had some time before his massage, so we decided to stop by Cartems for the first time because DH loves donuts. One of the employees surprised us with donuts on the house! Not only were the donuts amazing, the employees were very kind and willing to explain the wide selection in detail. I personally loved the passion donut, DH loved the salted caramel one. We will definitely be coming back.

  Great place to study, there is a large table for many people to sit at. There's also a small area where people can sit and chat, as well as a "patio". The flavours featured in the pictures are the earl gray and cookies and cream donuts - both equally delicious! Although unfortunately the cookies and cream is a monthly feature :(

  I have a gluten allergy, and really appreciate that there are a number of varieties available each day I can try. The flavour combinations are great, although the gluten-free dough is nothing special. I haven't had a regular donut, so can't comment on those. Despite the good flavour combinations, I don't think the donuts are worth over 3 dollars.

  Only problem here is the London Fog donuts sell out early in the day. Avoid disappointment by coming early for best selection. Stopping by late at night is less busy but selection severely poor. No bad donuts though so if it's the only time you can make it still go to try them. Yummy yummy donuts....And great gluten free options.
