  Nightmare of a company. Adjuster (Daphney Chan) is completely useless, doesn't respond to emails or phone calls, has absolutely ZERO knowledge in home renovations or anything of that nature. Will make you verbal promises in person then state she never said anything of that nature when it comes time to repair or pay up, so make sure to get everything in writing. Expect you to do there work for them. Next step in my nightmare of an experience is taking them to court as recommended by the workers hired by them to do repairs on my place. Shows there reputation!

  This is an awful and unprofessional firm. I have had to chase them around for two years to settle a charge they incurred during their investigation for their client, H&M. Namely speaking on this case were adjustors Nadine Furnell, Lisa McCabe and Toby Collins. They do not return phone calls, emails, are extremely inaccessible and unapologetic about it. I'm actually shocked by the way they carry themselves and looking at other reviews it seems people have had the same experience.

  Beware - keep CAREFUL records of your claims if you have to deal with Cunningham Lindsey. Be prepared to have to go to higher up corporate levels or even lawyers to get treated right.
  Keep an excellent journal of EVERYTHING to do with your claim or these people will walk all over you.

  As other customers have said, "This is an awful and unprofessional firm ". I have had to call, email them and chase them for over a year for a $ 40 claim and they still have not settled it yet. I am so glad it is only $ 40, image if it was hundreds or thousands of dollars. The adjustor David Boyle said he would call me, but never does and I have to email him and never responds, until I email him several times. I have dealt with other adjustors in the past, they keep intouch with you and call you back. I have made claims in the thousands of dollars and they had a cheque to you in a timely manner. Not, like waiting for $ 40 still, for over one year.
  I am writing this to inform others to stay away from this company, Beware !!!!!!
