  If I could vote 0 stars I would. Customer service is the WORST I have ever been too. Came here with family had to Wait almost a hour JUST FOR THE FOOD. When we asked for water they never came. They were very rude and acted like they didn't care at all about us being there. I recommend Never going back there. To expensive and poor customer service. 0/10

  Food and service has gone downhill. Good was just salty and lack flavouring. Took over 10 minutes to flag a server to refill our teapot. And over 30 minutes for our first dish to arrive at our table.

  I love their salted chicken which is very delicious and famous. Dim sum is decent, but the least food is Shanghai Dumpling due to very dry and bland. Dim sum is quite expensive. Ridiculously, they charge you 95 cents for tea per person. Obviously, my wallet is bleeding. Good and quick service, but the staff is rude and unfriendly.

  Service is poor to mediocre, but the dim sum and dinner food is pretty good. They make my favourite tripe/tendon dish! Definitely on the pricier side.
