  This place is awful. the restaurant smells, the table naps on every table had stains. We didn't even stay. We go seated sat down and felt so uncomfortable that we left shortly after. Wouldn't recommend it. Looking at all those positive comments I'm confused. I don't know how anyone would actually sit there, stay and eat

  The most wonderful lady runs the place. A laugh a minute with her. She truly made my experience at The Diner special. Would be back in a heartbeat if I lived in the area. Good prices for the food, too.

  I've always loved a big British breakfast. Being from Victoria, I felt right at home ☺. The Diner is located on the south side of 10th Street across from Safeway. They do not have outdoor seating. I would say that it is wheelchair accessible but it's a very tiny restaurant.
