  Just had dinner with 4 of my friends for my 26th birthday. We thought since they don't take reservations we would have to wait a while as we arrived approaching 8:00 for dinner. Upon arrival a gentlemen advised us he could get us a table for 5 pretty quick and he was right. Got very good seating and excellent service from Alexa. First time trying The Flying Pig even after hearing so much about it. Definitely recommend!!

  Loved the venue and the vibe. Food was excellent. A wide variety of beers & drinks to choose from. Will definitely go again when visiting Vancouver.

  Super nice atmosphere. Well suitable for a nice dinner with that special someone. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was great and you can even have an appetizer, because the portions size is good (as opposed to the big ones in the US). Good, albeit a bit pricey wine selection.

  Happy hour dishes are fine, but the happy hour scene picked up and FPY rested on its laurels. Other places have changed and the same old menu is still here...
  
  Otherwise it's fine, but between the diminishing crowds and close seating, there is a realization that other places around are also heavily competing for your dollars.

  Good food, hard to get in and really loud. This is a very HOT and happening place. It is hard to enjoy your company as you about to communicate however super easy to watch people. Mixed drinks are perfect. The kitchen does a fantastic job. All four of our meals were delicious. Explosion of flavors.
