  Location for tourists is great. Over priced for rushed service. "Quality NOT quantity also applies to hospitality!". Patrons don't mind waiting for all around good service.

  Great pizzas and lattes. Not all of their baristas are good though. Sometimes have to ask for a latte to be redone. Humberto that works there is a true master barista, try a drink made by him!

  This is a great cafe in downtown Vancouver for a drink and a snack. The unsweetened matcha latte was very good. Also, the latte was good as they buy the coffee beans from Stumptown in Portland, Oregon. The design of the place is very modern. They also serve wine and beer by the glass if you are into that. This is nice place for a break.

  Drinks are ordered and picked up at the barista counter. Food is brought to the tables. Service is fairly quick and friendly staff.
  
  The mocha with almond milk is made from real melted chocolate. The tiramisu cake is not overly sweet and the outer gelatin keeps the nice shape.
  
  There's a decent selection of food such as breakfast, panini, pizza, and pasta. Pizza and pasta are fairly popular.
  
  Entrance to the cafe can be found on street level along W Cordova. Look for the giant yellow g sitting on the sidewalk.
  
  Street parking along the street is limited during peak hours. Parking underground of the Pacific Rim Fairmont is $9 per hour. Location is a block from Waterfront Sky Train station.
  
  Quite busy inside around lunch time and noise level is moderate (1 on 1 conversion close is okay, but not easy across the wide table). Outside is a bit better except for noise of passing by vehicles. As for outdoor seating there are eight tables with two chairs each. Indoor has two rows of high tables along the window side, two large group tables and several smaller tables. Nice to sit outside on a sunny day.
  
  Washrooms are located in the hotel just outside the inner entrance.
