  This felt like the only chinese restaurant left in the area. Service is a bit abrupt -- not too helpful on menu choices. However, the place has customers and our food was tasty and economical.

  Have been going there for over twenty years. Some good meals and some not so good. Cooks change. Prices are reasonable. Selection is good. We had a large bowl of hot and sour. On a cold day tasted good. Not a destination for stuffed shirts wanting up scale Chinese food at discount prices. But worth a try best in China Town.

  I took my daughter and her out-of-town friend here for dinner after a day of sight-seeing. I consider Hon's an institution, and like their frozen dumplings.The staff were pleasant and tried to be helpful. But we were very disappointed with the food: there weren't many vegetables, the sauces were heavy and salty. The vegetarian dumplings were good...but I've decided not to return here again. Too bad.

  Me and my good friend were very hungry and in search of a good Chinese restaurant the other day. We don't go to vancouver much so every restaurant around the place looked kinda spooky to us. When we saw hon's it was like a miracle lol.

  Dear Hons Corporate Management,
  
  My family and I had the Worst experience ever at your Keffer Location tonight. We used to always order delivery from This location, every Friday to be more precise. It has always been difficult because of the language barrier, however the last time not only did they bring the wrong order but when we called to complain about it and asked them to fix it, the lady hanged up the phone on us. We called back and she hanged up again, and again, this happened several times. It has been a horrible experience. I would NOT recommend it to anybody to ever dine at Hons again.
  
  Your staff was very disrespectful with my family, especially with my pregnant wife.
  
  Luckily me and my wife, are business owners and we have a costumer base of 57.000 clients in Vancouver/Canada and We will be happy to send a personal email to tell our HORRIBLE experience to every single one of them.
  
  PS: Our order was placed today February 14, 2017 at 05:27pm, and we called the first time to complain at 6:31pm on the same day. You can expect several BAD reviews about this episode.
