  Recently under renovation. Upgrades to play area but not the much needed washroom space. Two new self serve kiosks. Presentation of food is still poor/sloppy. Wheelchair accessible. Located on South side of West Broadway. West side of Blenheim.

  First time I would use "meticulous" to describe a McDonald's but this one worthy of it! They even have carnations in little vases on the tables! The layout is just right not too many big stuffy seats. I visit mostly mornings for coffee. Granted the food is standard McDonald's but it shows the staff cares about the establishment.

  Worst customer service. Charged wrong price for summer promo drink, what came back was insanely rude attitude and mocking gesture by manager when asked for refund. Complained about his service but then completely ignored by him and he just walked away. Even 1star is too generous for him.

  The staff do a very good job at trying to meet the demands of the customers. This is not always easy so I'm glad that McDonald's works hard to train their stuff. Get this location of always been served in a prompt manner, courteously and friendly. The bathroom is not always amazing. Sometimes it does feel a little dirty. But the rest of the restaurant is always quite clean and has a nice environment due to the building's design. I would totally recommend coming to enjoy McDonald's at this location.
