  Typical McDonalds for the most part, they never have enough staff late at night though, especially bad 2am and onwards, in particular for their walk-in customers, always serving drive through first and it's taken me up to 45 minutes just to get a coffee. My advice would be to drive through if you are able, service is definitely lacking otherwise and sometimes even when it's quiet, later at night it can still take way longer than it should to be served or even acknowledged even if the restaurant is empty and it leaves a customer feeling annoyed and exacerbated. Also to note, they'll frequently close randomly all night till morning with no forewarning to their customers on foot. Drive through will remain open though.
  
  Can sometimes be rude as well.

  Drive thru is often busy. It splits up into two lanes to order then merges into one lane for payment and pick up. Inside is actually pretty nice, sometimes faster to go in and order instead though. It's usually pretty good although I prefer some other McDonald's locations that I think are a bit more efficient than this one.

  Describing night service... always seems to have some issue: missing piece of order, cold food, long wait. They need someone to step it up in there and deliver a more consistent service! Nice to see lots of young people working there; perhaps they need stronger superiors.

  Kingsway & Victoria location is one of the worst McDonalds in Vancouver currently. Used to be great, but as of late it takes minimum 15 minutes to get through the drive thru, which is so lined up it blocks anyone parked in the lot from leaving.

  The day staff are out standing and go to great lengths to see you are well looked after. And I must say on serten night's when they should have closed because of being short staffed .she stayed open.she can come of as a meam person at times but motley a good person, with alot of responsibility and stress. witch I think is what can make her seem mean! But overall this McDonald's on Kingsway and Victoria is outstanding. I prefer to eat here then anywhere else. I eat out a lot.
