  Why is this McDonald's promoting BAD hand washing hygiene to kids? What ever happened to "wash your hands for 2 mins?"
  
  Washrooms ONLY have COLD running water! Taps only runs for 5-10 secs and pauses for 2 sec before restating. Water gets too cold to continue wash your hands after the 2nd time.

  This visit was only okay because it was during the day but if you want to experience late night South Vancouver at its finest? Well then you need to stop on in after 3:00 am on a friday or saturday night and let the gongs begin. I had the pleasure of watching a rottwiller (who might have been on steriods) rip apart the chair that she was tied to, to lick a fellows face all the while listening to an incoherant drunk tell me some kind of tale of woe.

  Well...the cashiers had on bullet proof vests. Security at the door. The till was broken so could not order. There were junkies sleeping at tables.

  Update June 7, 2018: lowering the rating to 1 star. After having accepted the Milk Mooves you coupons in the past (even yesterday) from this very branch, today I go in and the cashier (assistant manager?) has the gall to tell me that they don't accept the coupons. She refused to honor the coupon even after I told her that they accepted previous coupons even yesterday when I visited. Pretty sad.

  Worst experience ever. Most of the staff has no idea of their own menu. I use to order ice cream mostly and most of the times they give me something different then I've to show the picture from their menu that I want this ice cream. Cherry on the pie; they don't even bother with an apology.
