  Have tried twice to go there recently, supposed to be open, was closed, next time was open, but no lights on, nobody there, no pizza, almost noon. Idiots run this place.

  Ordered online and the confirmation email stated it would take 30 minutes. After an hour I called to see if it was coming and the person said they didn't have the order but they would send it right away. He wanted to confirm the type of pizza I ordered but when I told him he didn't know what was on that pizza. I had to spell out the ingredients. Another hour passed, still no pizza. Not sure what good an online order with confirmation numbers are when they don't go anywhere. And shocked that the staff don't even know they're own menu.

  I made a large order to share with family from the Location on 1112 Davie St,
  but I didn't I didn't get my full order, what I got was badly cooked, and even though I had paid the full price, and had a receipt the manager simply didn't care.
  
  The order was wings, which were cold, and badly cooked, with the BBQ sauce gunked up and only on one side of some wings.I also ordered a lot of sauces which never arrived. I called back to have the rest of the order I paid for delivered, but they refused to acknowledge or compensate their mistake, claiming I hadn't ordered what I explained. I even explained I had a receipt, from when I paid at the door, and the manager Ahmad or Ahmed(he said was his name) didn't care. I explained I'd talk to higher management about this and all he said was, "that's good, do whatever you want".
  
  They got free money from someone who expected decent, and ethical business with a minimum of respect from their customers. Is this how you run an ethical business? I hope I get my money back and you take some action about having people treat working, paying people in this way.
