  Summary, it's alright for cost, but for flavor ville, there are alot.kf.other places even close by that can do it better and most importantly; keep it moist and tender!

  It doesn't come close to Southern BBQ, but its hearty and still pretty tasty. Its a cool spot, tucked right in there on Broadway and Cambie. Worth a shot. Split one of their platters between 2 people and it was $14 each and very filling.

  Amazing BBQ that you can smell blocks away (in the summer). Definitely recommend splitting a platter among friends for the full experience. Tons of left overs so a great value for price!

  Great music, very good BBQ type food. The atmosphere is okay, it's a little cramped and it can get very hot inside. In past visits the service has been fine but it was subpar in our most recent visit (orders mixed up, forgot things etc) seemed like honest mistakes though not negligence so hard to be to upset about that. Expect meat sweats if you get one of the share platters and vegetables need not apply to these meals.

  The best place to go when you need meat and lots of it. Go with friends and share one of the platters to get a taste of everything.
  
  They also do an all you can eat ribs and fries night for a reasonable price.
