  We went there with family on Sunday afternoon, we chose to sit downstairs. The waitress probably knew more about hair and makeup than what's in the menu! We waited for the food more than ever I can remember, took probably more than half an hour for a couple of standard items. The music was terrible and senseless! Food was overpriced and tasteless. One star for the crayons for the kids.

  My brother just returned from his one year anniversary date with his girlfriend and had the following to say: "I called ahead of time and made a reservation for a table upstairs. Upon running late, I called again to ensure the table was still available. When we arrived (15 whole minutes late), we were told our table was no longer available and that we had to sit downstairs. This, all the while the restaurant was quiet (Sunday evening) and there were plenty of seats available upstairs."
  
  Not impressed by taking younger students for a ride like that.... Treat all customers well, regardless of age.

  Every time I go to Robson location they made mistake on my orders. They had to bring them back to the kitchen to fix. This time, I ordered chopped salad with chicken with no dressing. The waiter forgot to tell the chef about no dressing. They had to re make it for me. It didn't take too long but it was not first time they made a mistake. Overall the food is ok. The service was not too bad other than consistent mistake they made.

  Very disappointing. I went for their new cantina menu's item but they ran out of it and it was only 1pm at the time(they should have prepared more, it was a weekday lunch, only few people were dining). The real disapponting part comes when they serve up the blackberry margarita I ordered, (I only ordered because I saw the picture and it looks tasty with the blackberry foam on top), the margarita I had was plain with no foam, the waiter failed to inform me beforehand and seems like he didn't want to mention that they ran out of the blackberry foam at all. He only told me when I asked him in the end. I feel it was a waste of my money and time!!! Without the foam, the margarita tasted meaningless. My husband went for their signature prime rib, but the flavor seems to be off and tasted different than before...overall, the dining experience was just disappointing, would not visit again.
