  Absolutely horrible customer service. They never answer the phone if you want to call in a pick-up order, no matter what time of day it is or how busy they are. This is the only Noodle Box that I have consistently had this issue with. Go to the Main Street Noodle Box, better service, better food and always consistent. Will pick up the phone on the first call.

  Food was a bit bland, but pretty good. Lower rating because for $3.50 extra I expect to get a little more beef. The beef was also completely tasteless. Not bad, but underwhelming. Adding a bit of soy sauce helped! Staff was friendly, though, and apologetic for the wait which wasn't even that long! :)

  Had the pleasure of going here for lunch after a long night of heavy metal downtown. Was very excited as I had heard about the legitimate spice levels previously. They had local craft beer on tap and it was delicious and fresh. I had the Spicy Peanut Noodle Box made level 5 crazy person hot. It was the best spicy dish I have ever had in my spice career. Everything about the dish was amazing. It paired so well with the beer on tap. The people working were enthusiastic and you could tell they love what they do! I wish there was a Noodle Box in Kamloops BC so I dont have to wait so long to go again.

  Great food, worth the wait. I love the Kung Pao box with chicken. Can take awhile depending on how busy it is.
