  It was a Friday night at around 8 on Feb 24th and I had placed my order online and it took an extra 40 minutes past the promised ready time before my order was ready. But first the backstory;
  
  I showed up for pickup at the scheduled ready-time and there were at least 8 people waiting inside while 'Janet', in full uniform mind you, sat at a table messily eating a personal pizza and taking up a whole table to herself. There were only 2 tables in the whole place! Needless to say we were packed in like sardines, as you know how small the joint is. I saw orders being taken down on paper. Overheard conversations in the back where employees, or maybe it was just ‘Janet’, had reversed and screwed up pizza orders as if suffering from dyslexia. Literally every customer there had been waiting for 40 minutes by the time I got there and randomly, many were told their order had 'just popped up on the screen'! The phone was not answered the entire time I Was there and was ringing off the hook.
  
  Has there been new ownership recently? It used to be Bangladeshi’s running the show and it ran like clockwork. This time it was all Chinese back there and it was a gongshow. No pun intended. Not making a statement either, it was just easy to notice there was whole new crew onboard.
  I've been there on Fridays before but have never seen such a fiasco!
  The only reason I am leaving 1-star is that the lady, ‘Emille’?, taking the order was nice and professional and even granted a full refund when I got my pizza… but that still wasn’t worth the 1 hour of my wasted time.

  I ordered online got everything I wanted except my ranch dipping sauce. I even called them to confirm the order, I was on hold for 20 minutes and then they answered and was disconnected when they answered

  This is the WORST experience I have ever had. On top of failing to deliver the pizza AT ALL the manager was rude. I had to make 13 calls until someone picked up after having not received my food for 2 hours the manager blamed me and hung up on me. Worst customer experience ever.
