  Really so great. Food is a flavor explosion, and there is a super diverse menu. They let us know up front that food may take awhile (it took maybe 30 min, and we went for brunch on Sunday) so if you're in a hurry, that may be a concern. Then again, if you're in a hurry, why are you having brunch?
  
  (The only thing that could be improved upon is the $3.50 coffee that isn't refillable.)

  My partner and I have been twice. This is an awesome spot. It's intimate in atmosphere, the food is consistently delicious, the menu changes regularly, the servers are welcoming and attentive. I would highly recommend it. I believe the owner and her daughter are the only chefs (which is amazing!). Support local, small business owners!

  I was very excited to try Ritual's brunch and it was delicious! The cornbread is amazing and I was so surprised when I was able to polish off my entire plate on my own. Definitely choose the Heuvos Rancheros.

  Original concept with living wage/no tipping was one of the things that made the place unique and kept us coming back. Alongside this was the innovative menu, comfort-type food with a creative edge, a quiet ambience and great wait staff.
  
  It's reverted to the 'pay & tip' model. The food remains consistently good and it is one of the few places to have a meal and visit with friends without having to compete over bar music and people shouting to be heard. The wait staff are great.
  
  The one strange thing of late is that every time we're there the wine on offer (and the list is very small) is out and they may have a 1/2 bottle of one and none of any other. This is not a one-off occurence and friends we've sent there have found the same. It gives the impression that it's poised to close at any second.
  
  It would be a loss -- for the food and the quiet dining space.

  Food was delicious, service was friendly, and the rum punch was a standout. Felt like I was on Jost Van Dyke! They dealt with our large party with several small infants with ease and a smile, which is no small feat. Would return!
