  I've been there before several times and have been great. But lately the customer service has been lacking. Today was busy I get it, but I required to ask for utensils, my food was like warm at best, no quality checks and attitude of senior server was at best like United airlines. I was left The bill without a fortune cookie as well. Maybe it was because I remain quiet because I didn't want to deal with The older server. The more I see the older server lady the more I feel she is disrespectful. She has been at times passive aggressively racist. She mocked her coworker' s Spanish accent when they had an argument by imitating his words. Her attempts at jokes always misses the mark.
  
  Ive been in the service industry and I go there because The food has been great and given it multiple chances. However, this last encounter was enough for me not to come back. If anyone else is reading this when you go enjoy your food there just be your own witness and decide for yourself to what's happening around you and not just at the plate of food. I actually hope the roundel staff read this and acknowledge their customers and colleagues with respect. I'll be at red wagon instead.

  The lines are shorter and the prices better than many of the other popular breakfast spots. The manager can be a bit overbearing though. Absolutely worth stopping here for the Eggs Benedict, and one of the few places in town with Crannóg brewing on tap. The hash browns come with a few nuggets of yam in them, which is a nice added touch.

  I used to really enjoy coming here but the last few times haven't been great. The food is just okay, sometimes it arrives cold. I also had a really weird experience with my partner here recently where the server was INCREDIBLY rude to us. I think we must have accidentally offended him in some way, because he was talking and laughing with every other table except us. He literally was practically refusing to speak to us, we ordered our food and he just walked away without saying a word. We were left waiting about 20-30 minutes for the bill, just awkwardly trying to make eye contact, at one point he even actually sat down at another table and chatted with the customers there for a while. I thought maybe I was being paranoid because it was just such a weird situation, but the second we left, my partner confirmed that he was extremely uncomfortable and had no idea why we were being treated that way. The only thing I can think of is that the server touched my arm while guiding us to our table and I kind of moved my arm away as politely as I could, because I don't really like being touched by strangers. I don't think I was rude about it but that's the only explanation I can come up with to explain his truly bizarre behaviour. Other customers even seemed to notice and kept glancing over trying to figure out what was going on. It was such an embarrassing experience, we were sitting there uncomfortably probably close to two hours because the server waited as long as he could to take our order and bring the bill. In hindsight, we should have just left. I'll definitely never come back here again.
