  I'll revise my rating when the store is finished it's training program and the finishing touches on the renovations. The upper seating area by the front has heating but the counter area, seating bar, and other tables have no heat at all! I spoke to management and they said it's all part of the process of working through the recent renovations. It has the new cold brew system for the summer.

  This is my absolutely most favorite branch, eventhough it is most crowded. But seating is so comfy and well designed and makes you feel like home. Its right at the beach so views are magnificant. And geographically it lies on 2 of the most important and most alive streets in downtown. In summer it feels like a camping rest house because you can always see people in swim suits... volleyball players coming from the beach to fresh theirselves up etc. And that tells why counter servers are most vibrant, active, and sweet.

  One of the worst Starbucks you can go. Staff take forever to place an order and the there is no direction of where the line up start. The staff didn't event inform whole line of customers until their turn. I wish I can give them negative star. Great location with terrible service. The owner or manager need to retrain their staff and properly place directional signage for their customer.

  I ordered online and after arriving still had to wait 20 min for my beverage and it still wasn't made correctly. People waiting in line were in and out faster than I was. Very disappointed in what is usually a great system.
