  Great place for hanging with my friends at the heart of UBC campus. Staff are friendly. You may not be able to find a table though if it is sunny and if you go around noon

  Fast service, welcoming staff. Better experience than most Starbucks. One of few Starbucks to roll out online ordering which is awesome because you can skip the line. If you are walking in and lining up sometimes your wait can go up to ten minutes between when you walk in and when you get the drink.
  The sitting area inside is most often crowded particularly during fall and winter semesters when all ubc students are in campus.

  Best starbucks ever, love the upbeat staff and attitude in this store. Clean and tidy every time I go and the baristas really try to get to know you. Awesome manager who is really good at her job.
