  I get it. Working at subway on a Saturday probably sucks. You probably wish you were at home relaxing or with your friends. But when cheery, polite people come in and order a regular order and you give them nothing but attitude and disrespect, it just doesn't make sense.
  
  We work in the service industry too, we know how it is. But when we are the only customers in the place and receive rude eye-rolling and snarky remarks, we know it isn't because you are busy. Fix the attitude, we were so put off by the staff working here today that we actually took our subs and asked the kind staff at the bubble tea house if we could eat them there instead. Good luck getting anywhere with such deplorable attitudes.

  The first time I have been here and that was the last time. You will be very impressive by their attitude :) I remember one : Grill. This is the worst subway I have ever gone to.

  I've been going to this location for several years as I work nearby. Until recently, I've been (overall) satisfied with the preparation of the food and friendliness of the servers. BUT... over the past 2-3 weeks I've noticed a serious decline in the quality of the preparation - meats not laid down evenly, veggies sparse and the condiments so uneven one end will be saturated (dripping out) while the other end is left completely dry. If there is no improvement come January 2017, I'll be getting my lunch elsewhere...
  
  Well, 2017 has arrived. Many new employees... who clearly hate working there or just don't care about pleasing the !PAYING! customer. Good-bye Subway!... NEVER AGAIN!!!

  Not bad customer service however very often they close 1-2 hours before there posted closing time!!
