  Needed a box of hot chocolate for kids' soccer game in a hurry. Despite the fact that the store was super busy, the staff filled my order quickly, courteously and efficiently. In terms of quality of service, this little store blows all of the other full-size Tim Hortons restaurants I've been to out of the water. I'm really impressed. Head office take note: you have a winner here.

  The staff was slow, not prepared at all. Multiple staff standing around doing nothing. Waste of time. Screwed up my order twice.
