  Wide variety of food selection. Service is just like normal busy chinese restaurant. Food quality is good and price is average. Better make reservation.

  Went here for lunch with a few co-workers but took the food more than 45 minutes to arrive. Ended up leaving hungry since we could not get our full order. This could be a one off since I've been there in the past and service is usually much more quick as they know majority of their cuatomers work in the area and are rushing to get back to work.

  just had lunch with my family a few days ago. had made reservation, so we were seated very fast even though it was very busy at the time. The service was good and waitress was polite. The dishes were served fast and tasted great. The dining table was clean and nice, and the restaurant is not narrowly laid out as others in downtown area. All in all, the experience was great. My only compliant is it's very much overpriced. The price for each dish/dim sum is double of what I would be charged in a similar restaurant in Coquitlam. I would expect 50% higher price considering the location, but not double price and the quantity for each dish is apparently less. I have been to this restaurant a few years back before they reopened. I think the price at that time was at least 80% less. they even charge you for the tea, btw.

  Been here several times, never disappointed. I am usually solo. So, even at very busy times, I have been seated quickly. Love the bbq duck, the sticky rice and the shrimp dumplings. Hope the restaurant will be in business indefinitely. It is not cheap. You pay for what you get!! QUALITY!
