  Half beef half tender, spicy thin noodle is my favourite. It can kill homesick, no kidding.
  
  It's been almost two years since I wrote the review above. Now I live in NYC, and I'm seriously considering buy a flight ticket to Vancouver just for the beef noodle here! Never had better noodle elsewhere, and gave up finding one. Enjoy it you lucky Vancouverites!

  This would be a 3.5 if I could give it that.
  
  Been coming here throughout the last 6 or so years. The quality for most of the side dishes have decreased with the changes in ownership, but the noodles are generally the same. The only sides that I ever order are fried tofu that has wonderful garlic dip, and beef/chicken rolls.
  
  It's still one of the better (and only) places that open past 8pm in Marpole, and is relatively fast.

  王記 had the best Taiwanese beef noodle in its early days (on Cambie street some 17 years ago). But this location is just lousy. So-so food, terrible service, untidy environment. Very disappointing.

  Have been coming here for many years, and the ownership and the food has changed many times. The beef noodle soup and other noodle dishes are pretty reliably good, though some of the other dishes have deteriorated in quality over the years (the soup dumplings, for example). We generally get some noodle soup, some deep fried tofu, and marinated pig ears to share. Food generally comes out fairly quickly (except for dumplings of any sort), and the service has improved. Cash only.

  Great Taiwanese​ beef noodle soup!
  Service was quick. I got when there was a lull. But got busy really fast.
