  This location keeps going down hill. I'm a regular, and I'm not going to be any longer. I will find another Wendys for my needs. I can't remember the last time i got hot fries. When I order poutine, the gravy doesn't even melt the cheese curds. The sandwiches after not bad. Service has slowly been going down. Never enough staff on till. Drive-thru is usually faster which is odd. There could be 5 cars outside and just you inside, and they'll go thru the 5 cars before your order is filled. Disappointing.

  DO NOT ORDER THE STRIPS!!!!! Totally misleading, what kind of a scam are you running, these are the saddest tasting chicken strips I've ever received. Not only have they have shrunk by 1/3rd size, there is half of one missing. I cannot emphasize how disappointing it is to drive out in this storm during rush hour just to get home and be foiled again by the lack of conscience from this location. Peoples stomachs are at stake here. I demand trial by combat and let justice be served in a take out bag.
  
  I was contacted by the manager, who apologized and replaced the order. Thanks for rectifying the situation.

  I ordered a Jr hamburger deluxe in the drive thru and my burger was not cooked. It was actually pink in the middle. I went inside and told the manger. She asked me if I want my money back like it was no big deal. I told her I hope I don't get sick. Then I got another burger. The second one was cooked but I felt sick already.

  You can order chilli instead of fries. More meat!
