  This quaint little tea house is charming and the food was very good, sadly the service lacked majorly. There was only one other group in the tea house and for some strange reason it took an hour to receive our food. We were ready to leave when it finally arrived. The server was on her first day and her first language was not English so I'm surprised she had not received more support or training and was sort of left to handle it. We were basically forgotten. The tea is good but it is loose leaf and unfortunately they use these glass tea pots with wire spouts that don't catch the leaves so we were getting tea soup in our cups. I wouldn't recommend going out of your way to come here.

  I had an excellent time here with my wife and two kids. We got one tea set and shared it along with some other smaller dishes. I enjoyed the egg salad sandwich. My son liked the chocolate souffle, although it was more like a cake than a souffle in my opinion. The environment was excellent. It's probably best to make a reservation to ensure you can get a table.

  The tea and food are good, but the service is quite lacking. It seemed like the staff was mostly new and were not given proper direct or training. I was there for Mother's Day with my mom and a friend and her mom. We were all brought champagne and told there was one glass each for the Mother's Day tea, then after we would be charged. It turns out they only offer one glass of champagne for the table. This was not explained to us previous to ordering! There were also lots of dust and spider webs in the bathroom :(. Unfortunately I would not recommend.

  Expensive but totally worth it for a special Mother and Daughter occasion! Very good soup (I recommend the Lobster Bisque). Very Yummy little sandwiches. Perfect for an afternoon tea.
