  Great service, love the mood in this restaurant. Food is amazing. I'd suggest the mash potato if you're a mash potato lover.

  Experiences at nandos can vary greatly from restaurant I find. I liked this location before and after their renovation. The food is consistently done well, chicken cooked perfectly. Kudos to the chefs here pumping out perfect chicken everyday. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they deliver through a third party company that is a pain in the ass to deal with. At least I found it was. And the girl who I talked to the first time didn't really know answers to any of my questions. When I callled back a different guy answered, he was really fantastic, Irish I think. So yeah, this place is good.

  2017-05-14 service was not great. The front counter was rude on the mistaken order they received. No customer skills.. he is a UBC student.... go figure!!

  We have been a regular take-out customers. Their food is great although my family thinks the one downtown makes better fries than this location. Today's comment is about their service. We ate inside today and my conclusion is that they gotta decide whether they are a full-serve restaurant or self-serve. Four of us went and we sat at a table. The server brought menu, and said we had to go to the counter to order, which is fine.She said if we wanted water and we all wanted water. She brought three glasses of water and never came back. I had to go to the counter to get another water. Our food came, and we didn't have cutlery. I asked another server, and she brought TWO pairs of cutlery and said all the cutlery was at this other counter. Okay she can tell us we have to get our cutlery ourselves but she didn't have to be mean by sarcastically bringing just two sets for four people. I had to go get two more sets. The whole thing was weird and not good service at all. Just decide whether you are a full-serve or self-serve rather than a bad version of both.
