  Ordered delivery from these guys. Half an hour after I ordered online, I got a phone call asking where my address is. Apparently it was too much to look it up on a map. I started to describe the location, and the person I was speaking to cut me off at a street name (of a very long street) and said, "That's really far!" I assured him it wasn't, said that if I was outside their delivery zone they should've notified me sooner than half an hour after I ordered, and he agreed to deliver. It sounded like he was leaving right away.
  
  Half an hour after that phone call (I live ten minutes away), I called to enquire about the status of my order. I was told it should be arriving shortly and it did. The driver ignored the delivery instructions and went to my landlord's portion of the house rather than my suite, and had to be shown to my door by my landlord.
  
  As soon as he left I unpacked my food and noticed half my order was missing. I phoned the restaurant and they assured me it had left with the driver, and that they would contact him and get back to me. Another 15 minutes passed without a word so I called back. I was told the driver had forgotten the second bag in his car and was quite far off delivering other orders and would get there when he could. They offered to work out a deal for next time, but I have no intention of ordering from here again.
  
  It took an hour and 40 minutes from the initial delivery (almost three hours total since ordering) and about half a dozen phone calls before I finally got the rest of my order. By that point I'd made a frozen pizza so we didn't starve waiting. I asked for a refund because this was absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced, and what I got was a $10 bill shoved at me when he finally reappeared with the food and a snarl of, "I lose money on this. Me."
  
  Apparently the driver who was so rude and frankly useless is actually the manager. I can't imagine this place will stay in business long with that kind of service.

  The service here is painfully slow and inside is quite cold. We ordered a couple of lamb entrees, and recieved them with vegetables instead of Greek salad. The server said it always comes with vegetables, but the menu said Greek salad OR vegetables and we were never given a choice. The server said I could order a side salad, but I did not want to pay more money.. I ordered a side of pita bread that was hard and dry, and apparently does not come with tzaziki? It took forever to get the servers attention, even though they had 3 servers with only 7 tables being served... This place was the worst Greek restaurant I've ever been to. Overpriced and inauthentic. Save your money and go elsewhere!!!

  There was a staple in my lamb. Colour me unimpressed. The establishment offered a replacement dish to replace the one which contained a staple, though no knowledge as to how a staple could have arrived at the table was offered, despite my inquiry. I would have liked to hear that they wanted to find out how this happened, as it seemed quite strange and unexpected, and could be potentially very dangerous.

  If i could give a -☆ i would. This place should be shut down. When i first walked in i saw the nice layout and thought, wow the food must be good here.. i applied for a serving position and was hired on the spot. I couldn't bare working there for anymore than a couple of months. I have worked in the kits area since 2012 and always strolled by this place thinking it was a higher end place to dine but my first week of employment had me in awe.. not in the good way. The chefs (owners) never practiced propper food safe when it came to food prep.. for example.. preparing food in dirty buckets on the unkept kitchen floors. I was instructed to sweep and vaccum the mouse droppings daily off of the floor and table tops. The beer taps had never been cleaned and had years of caked on moldy beer linning the inside.. and the kitchen was digusting. I have been a server for over 10 years and now work in a beautiful well managed restaurant that i can be proud of. Athenes was the worst i have seen in all of the lower mainland and to top it all off when i quit it took them over a month to finally recieve my last cheque and when i got it they "forgot" to pay me for 18 hours that i had worked that pay period. If you choose to dine here.. its your funeral.
