  This is a really good family restaurant and my kids love it. The food was good. The service could use a little improvement. Tea was brought with barely warm water. Wrong food was delivered to our table. Milk for tea and coffee was forgotten. We had a great time though and there was a balloon artist there who made balloon toys for the kids. The giant TV screen was fun to look at even though it was only showing golf. I would recommend doing it for people with kids, but not if you are in a hurry. Plenty of free parking available.

  Good environment to watch Canucks games. Food quality, unfortunately, has gone downhill. Pizzas used to be delicious, fresh, and creative but are now greasy.

  Pretty good service despite being full. Food quality is consistent with other Boston Pizza locations. Took off a star because it took so long to have a server come to our table for drinks that by the time they did come around, we were ready to order already.

  Horrible service. Took forever to take our order. Never checked in on us. Had to ask several times for a refill on drink before someone brought one. When we asked to pack our food and get the bill. Th server took half of what needed to be packed and then totally forgot about our bill. By this time my kids were losing their minds. Asked several servers to help so we could just get out of there. Took over 15mins just to get bill and food packed. HORRIBLE experience.
