  Best place for dim sum with many choices and good value (when you go early, you get discount on weekdays). When you go for dinner, you can get the special free crispy chicken for free after ordering over $100. We love the Peking duck dishes and the tender beef short ribs in wooden bucket for dinner. Favorite place for us to go dim sum or dinner any day.

  This is our family's regular place for dim sum. Nothing fancy but has all the staples and food is generally excellent. Don't miss out on:
  
  Claypot rice dishes - well seasoned and with a good amount of toppings
  Steamed buns - perfect pastry, light, fluffy and slightly sweet
  Spare ribs on rice rolls in claypot - super flavorful and a nice change from the usual dishes
  
  Service isn't great but food generally arrives pretty quick. As expected, waits can be long on the weekends. Come before 10.30 or make a reservation but they can make you wait for a bit even if you make a reservation. Parking kind of sucks but there is free parking on the street as well. Highly recommended.

  I come here for dim sum a couple times a month. We used to come here for the Chiu Chow dumplings because they were the best in town but the chef's got changed or something and now it's just so-so. We like coming here because there usually isn't a wait in weekends if you come before 11! Parking is a little bit tricky when you come later. There's only a handful of spots and usually get filled up by employees. There is street parking as well.
  
  Their other dim sum dishes are good. What I like about here is that it is cheaper than most places. Their flavours are still good and the selection is just large enough to not order the same things everytime.

  Cost plays a huge part of this review. Happy valley is serviceable food at a decent cost. The food is plain Jane with no contemporary flurishes or modern add ons; but the food is solid and we'll priced. Service is fast and functional, making the time pass well. Come for value and company, not for the environment (which is crowded and loud)

  Food is decent but the service is spotty. There are a couple of ladies who are great but then there are the ones who ruin the experience. One lady seated us at 5pm then continued to berate us for not making reservations. The manager said it was fine as the table wasn't needed until 7. Said lady made sure we heard her when the next table came in and said if they had reservations or are they like that table who didn't make any. Haven't been back since. Shame some the food was pretty good.
