  Cold dining area. Duck was chewy with old strawberry's. Duck and strawberries don't go together. The only good part was the chocolate mousse dessert, otherwise 0 stars

  We had a wonderful wedding at the brockhouse on the west lawn/upstairs. Having the catering/booze/coordination all at one location really took a lot of stress off the evening! All of my guests had a great time and rave about the food they were served. The servers were really prompt and professional and everything ran smoothly. As we walked down the aisle as husband and wife we were offered sparkling wine just as we had discussed. Appies came out with good timing and they were delicious. I also made a last minute menu change, 1 week before the wedding that was accommodated with no issue at all. The service really was top notch and at every stage of our planning staff were polite, professional, and kind.
  
  Just a few minor things to note. They had just cut the lawn where the ceremony and cocktail hour was so there were clippings all over the grass which made such a gorgeous location look unkept and grass was getting all over my dress. We had finalized all the equipment we would need but our gift table outside was nowhere to be found and was tough to track down. We were charged a serving fee for doughnuts that weren't being served, guests were to help themselves which seemed kind of strange, this charge was not a surprise and was agreed upon but just seemed like a money grab. Lastly, we only had 1.5 hours to set up and could not leave anything on site before hand, luckily I had a good set up team that was prepared. So very minor things for an overall amazing time!

  We had our wedding at Brock House in late September. We were able to have our ceremony outside and the background was incredible - it blew us and our guests away. We had an evening ceremony (Brock House hosts weddings in the day or evening) and had dinner in the tent. Because it was late September, the tent was a bit cold for some of our older guests.
  We had a set menu, platted dinner and the food was outstanding. Our guests all raved about their dinners and the soup was a huge hit. I didn't notice any issues with service, although 4 courses do take a while to get through.
  Brock House sells itself and I would recommend it to any couple - I'm so happy we had our wedding there :)

  Brock house is a beautiful and versatile venue for a wedding. They have all the resources you require making your planning and execution easier and more seamless. Their staff are friendly and helpful. Beyond the stunning outdoor and indoor elements of the property the food was a standout. We booked the venue for the entire day which made our setup and take down easier. The access to the beach from the property is perfect for photos, plus their are all sorts of amazing trees and structures around the grounds for pictures. This is helpful in reducing the time and distance required for getting all the gorgeous wedding photos you desire. Brock house is a place you can do nearly everything and have it look and feel diverse. We thoroughly loved our wedding at Brock house and cannot recommend it enough as a venue.
