  Was fairly busy on a Sunday for brunch. Maybe a 30 minute wait. Not a very big waiting area plus it was raining. Almost lost my spot because someone was looking to take my turn in line because there was no solid line so maybe taking names down would be advised in the future.
  
  I've gone to a location in Toronto and it's pretty similar so the good was good and tasty. Ordered a Mocha was good. Service was okay just the usual under staffed on a busy day.
  
  It's still new so I guess given more time they will understand the clientele flow and be more efficient?

  Food is bland and not good. I've been here 3 times and food has been either under or over cooked every time. Also, for being a chocolate based restaurant, the chocolate is extremely low quality. Tastes like waxy cheap candy bar chocolate. I wanted to like this place soooooo bad and I've just tried so many times... But I can't get past the terrible food quality :(

  Amazing menu. I tried the chocolate experience for two with my girlfriend and it was unforgettable. Not mentioning the little fire to roast your marshmallows. Highly recommend this place to everyone. Says a person who's not even a chocolate fan.

  Cacao 70 is mediocre. The fondue was tasty to eat with a couple of friends, however, the flame for the grill was blowing in all directions because the Air Conditioner was blowing over our table. The milkshakes tasted meh and the ice cream was practically melted when it came to our table. The waffles were thin somewhat soggy as I was hoping for it to be thicker and crispier.
  
  Other than that, I enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly service.

  Compared to most cafes the hot cocoa is fantastic, definitely too rich but emulsified well with good balance. The portions are way too big for anyone and the server was downright rude. I would be happy with a third the amount of drink for friendly atmosphere.
  Also I don't know if the chocolate they use in their hit cocoa is their own but it tastes suspiciously like cocoa barry.
