  Usually try to do grocery shopping at the Fraser Street store once a week as their promotions are very good. However, on two separate visits to the store when I picked up sale items, the clerk scanned and the price displayed on computer did NOT reflect sale price,. I was overcharged for Red Rose tea one time; the other time I d id not receive sale price on yellow peppers. No Frills obviously does not update their sales on the computer and a customer has to carefully check each and every item purchased to ensure accurate pricing is given to them.

  Great little store. Always has something on special. Sometimes gets slammed with people but the lines move quickly. Great neighbourhood store.

  This is a very good example of bad customer service. The lineups are like cattle gates. Trying phoning sometime or even try to find the local number.
  Some of the staff are good but many are incompetent or downright rude.

  Like it here. Underground parking! Out of the elements! Elevator service or ramp. Great sales, mixed bag, pork tenderloin, whole chickens, soups and snacks. We Make a special trip to this store tho we live near central park. Staff are chill not like at Rupert ss. Watch out though. Sale items get snapped up fast.

  It looks a little dirty but the produce is always fresh and always a great price! Little lacking for meat ... but it makes up for it in all other areas!
