  I live exactly 2 blocks from fresh slice. I am not able to go there because I am disabled. I ordered 2 pizzas and when they came they were pretty much cold, I kindly asked for them to be replaced as they should not be cold being 2 blocks away. The manager said he will replace them. I waited another 1/2 hour.. the delivery person buzzed up .. I waited by the door. 10 minutes after he buzzed he came to door...I said where where you? He replied" I was waiting in the lobby" .. are you kidding me?? Of course those were cold too by then .I asked for my money back and to take all the pizzas back ... that is ridiculous !!! I will never order from there or go there again.. and I will tell other people in my building the same I just said here. Meanwhile I'm hungry, and still waiting for the guy to bring my money back... - 5 stars !!!!

  this store is one the best of fresh slice stores. pizzas are always fresh and well topping. either the previous smiley manager or the new owners customer service is perfect. even their delivery is fast and on time . its been 2 years that i am their customer and never regret.

  bit into sandy material while eating pizza. figured some sand somehow got into the pizza and kept eating. then i bit into a small rock which feels like it cracked my teeth. I told the employee there about the experience in case they were serving more of the pizzas. employee got defensive, saying that it's 'impossible'. Well if it's impossible, why are my teeth still in pain 7 hours after the incidence?
