  The food sucks. Normally I have low expectations when I dine in a college restaurant, but this one goes way way below my low expectations. I ordered a Phad Thai last time and I tasted nothing but sourness. It was like the cook poured a whole bottle of vinegar into this horrible Phad Thai. Believe me, this statement is coming from a person who wouldn't mind to put extra acidic into her noodles. Why is the food so bad here? The only conclusion I have is that the cooks here have zero respect for the food they put out.
