  My go to place for coffee, cookies, breakfast and tuna melts on campus. The cookies are freshly baked and the service is mostly great. I have two complaints. One is that they have forgotten about my order roughly 2 times over the past several months but they were always responsive and quick to get started on it once you ask about it. My other complaint is that the line can be quite long (more of a demand issue than fault of the business) if you go right when classes end.

  The quality of the drink product is good, I enjoy the latte. However, this my third visit and they over fill the cup so I always end up cleaning a mess at the condiment stand. Food quality is good as well. Unfortunately the service is not welcoming. The only time I received welcoming service was my first visit by the gentleman behind the counter- polite and friendly, not rushed or a bothersome. Some of the female staff definitely have that unfriendly and bothersome impression. And seems they're not happy to be working. While I was waiting I overheard her complain about working, but she didn't seem to be doing anything, so what work? Not a happy bunch, I will definitely see who is working from now on because I want to feel welcome to a business I'm planning to spend money at. So I will keep my eye on who's working and if I don't see the good employees, then I'm going down the street to the coffeeshop next to Scotiabank.

  Their cookies are simply amazing! You have to try their cookies. Coffee and teas are sub par though.
