  This rating is purely due to the service we Recieved. The food and drinks were fantastic but everything else seemed pretty chaotic. Our server would forget our drinks and when she did remember they took forever to come out. She never gave us any cutlery for our food and never came to give us our bill.
  
  Although on a positive note we were there the day before and were served by Bianca and she was fantastic.

  I was there once. Staff is friendly but ask too many questions. I like decoration and atmosphere there. Very positive. And also the good thing is the tables are staying to each other not very close. So you can have a good private conversation with a partner or friends there. Food is good. This Joey seems a good spot for business lunch and dinner.

  This place was great! Wife and I are traveling for our honeymoon and when our waitress found out she brought us a couple glasses of champagne ON THE HOUSE! The food was amazing as well and extremely affordable. The sliders were awesome and the sushi cones where different and great.

  One of the best experiences I've ever had in a restaurant.... And that's really saying a lot. Myself and a group of guys came to Vancouver for a concert and a guys trip and decided to go to Joey Bentall last minute because it's one of my favourite and there is no Joey in Victoria. From the moment we walked in and we're greeted by Melissa K. our experience was already off to an awesome start. We were then seated and had our drinks ordered by a lovely girl which we never got the name of and joked about how I could only have a single Caesar cause I was driving then followed by some of the best service and just authentic conversation I've received in the service industry. Talking and hanging out with the guys whenever she had time and always getting us whatever we needed. Absolutely killing it Georgia ! (sorry if I spelt it wrong). Anyways. We will definitely be back. Please tell these girls they are awesome, we'll definitely be back to hopefully be served by them all again. Braiden.

  This is one of the best staffed and managed restaurants in Vancouver. The staff is efficient, well trained and knowledgeable. Every problem commonly found in chain restaurants is addressed and corrected. The restaurant itself is beautiful and the atmosphere is always appropriate for the time of day or night. Simple factors like the volume of the music are closely adjusted to reflect the tone of the day. 5 stars for the food as well.
