  Order the popular Nasi goreng without the spice, beef satays skewers, roti canai and the special mango fried fish. The Nasi, beef satays and roti were very comparable with the top Malaysian restaurants (Tropika, Banana Leaf, etc) though the Roti was a little heavier tasting

  We've been here twice, the first time a couple of years ago left a lasting impression - delicious food, ample servings, and a nice atmosphere. We were back recently and were not as impressed. The portion sizes seemed small for the price - two of us spent $70 and there was very little food left. Some of the flavors weren't as good as we remembered, though the sambal eggplant is always good.

  I had the char kuay teow and laksa with chicken. This was a great place for a quick bite. Food came hot and very quick. Kuay teow was good but more like the Cantonese style. Laksa was good and the broth was nice.

  I have a thing for tracking down as many Singapore/Malaysian restaurants as I can find.I love the fusion of Chinese-Malay-Indian style of cooking and this one is on my list of good ones. They use their ingredients expertly and in particular I like the various noodle dishes. Moderately priced by a nice interior design gives a nice ambience.
