  Ordered a pizza well over an hour and a half ago. We received a call an hour ago indicating they would be delivering the pizza in a half hour.
  
  An hour later and we still don't have it, although the driver is apparently on his/her way.
  
  Believe the reviews, had we looked and saw this location was rated at 2-Stars we would have ordered from tried and true Panago.
  
  Pizza arrived 20 mins later, so close to 2hrs late and go figure the pizza was lukewarm and the pasta was completely wrong.

  No understand English on phone. Can't find my place, driver no understand English too, missing toppings, sloppy most topping in center of pizza. I should have read reviews before ordering.

  The woman who takes the order is the not friendly and seems to be disappointed if you don't order anything more after she asks "anything else". Yet I've already ordered several pizzas and drinks but apparently it's not enough. And once you get your orders of pizzas, it's made poorly with respect to taste and barely any extra topping I requested and paid for. If she isn't taking your order then she is busy feeding her kids with pizza and yelling at the drivers to hurry and pick up the delivery orders. Such poor customer service skills and social skills.

  Pizza is good. Customer call Center is horrible. Takes forever.
