This is a good place for groups. You can cook your own Korean BBQ right at your table. The "All you can eat" option is a great choice to be able to try all of the great food. This place is always busy, so reservations are definitely recommended.

Poor service from start to finish...paid 'all-you-can-eat' and the service was slow, portions were very small, no one picked up empty used dishes (unless we asked, which we did), no refills (unless we asked, which we did), no one asked if we're doing okay, uneven cooking surfaces, meat was too chewy, and I had to literally go to the front of the place to pay the bill and get out of there. The bald headed man with glasses said something under his breath because I didn't leave a tip...eh hem! I leave tips for good food and service...not for con artists that expect something for nothing. Upon leaving the place, there was no 'thank you,' just silent treatment...my advice? Go somewhere where the restaurant appreciates your business.
Save your money and go have Japanese elsewhere for half the cost, because once you realize what just happened beyond the novelty of cooking your own food, it's too late because your money went up in smoke with it!!

The staff made us wait an hour and let others ahead before us. We had a group of four and they wouldn't even tell us how long it would be.

Ten minute after we finally got the table they claimed a last call and asked us to do our final orders. As we were eating they kept nudging us to pay the bill quicker. The manager spoke to his employees in Cantonese complaining about why we weren't getting the bill quicker so they could shut down. There were many other tables still eating.

Finally when we went to pay, the manager had automatically inputted 15% tip in the bill and forced us to pay it saying 'tax and tip included'. I definitely would not have tipped 15% for this terrible service and backlash. The manager was very rude, and assumed we wouldn't be able to understand what he was saying in Cantonese.

Overall, average food, terrible service with a side of loss in dignity.

This place needs to be SHUT DOWN. We went in with a group of 5 people for lunch. The service was very poor. We ordered our food and waited patiently for it to come to our table. Once we got the food, we realized there was something off about the taste and the quality of all the food. Once we got the beef teriyaki, half way through the food, we had noticed something in there. To our horror, it was a disgusting cockroach that had been cooked in with the food. This is when we got the manager's attention and let him know about the situation. The manager did not seem surprised at all. We just got up and left to go throw up. This was disgusting and unacceptable.

This place was awesome. We stumbled across it as there were alot of Asians heading inside....so we knew it would be great....and it sure was. All you can eat sushi and Korean BBQ...how can you go wrong. It was such a bargain and the food was very fresh and came out quickly. There were a few dishes that didn't make it out but that ended up being OK as our eyes were bigger than our bellies and it didn't matter because it was an all you can eat one price. Definitely somewhere I'll be heading back to when I next visit Vancouver!
