  Their service was horrible. I waited more than for an hour for an iced green tea. Yes. An iced green tea. I kept telling them how I've been waiting for a certain amount of time for my drink and all they would say we're either, "sorry, as you can see there are a lot of drinks waiting for me." Or, "please be patient. We have a lot of drinks to make so please be patient." Yeah for sure I mean I can see that you're busy and you have a lot of drinks to make but I saw more than 50 customers who came after me, leave with their whole tray of drinks while I was still waiting in front of pickup for an hour. They did not need THREE reminders from a customer to make a drink. I am never coming to this store again.

  I have been going here for years. Very convenient and the staff are great. Only 4 stars cuz the outside courtyard has a lot of missing tiles. Otherwise great staff and good vibes

  You can sit outside in the plaza during the warmer months.
