  Clover coffee is available here, it's the best brewing method if you drink black coffee! Try the small lot reserve coffee for a unique flavour experience you can't get at hardly any Starbucks. Nitro cold brew coming soon!? Warm with fireplace and outdoor heaters. Line moves quick. Lots of seating and plug outlets. Easy access coming or going from ubc campus. Close to express bus. Lots of retail merchandise to choose from.

  A Starbucks with a fireplace and comfortable seating. Fast service at this store, and needed because it is generally busy. Outside seating available.
