  Decided to use the drive thru to get a late night meal after work. After waiting an incredibly long time for the two cars ahead of me to get served I was told me they wouldn't serve me because of the vehicle I drive. Seriously.
  I mean come on. What am i supposed to drive a BMW or Mercedes to grt served at such a fine establishment? Such a weak excuse.
  I think the girl on the window just didn't want to serve anyone and take a break. Worst "service" I've received in a long time. Don't go here unless you want to wait forever to deal with disgruntled employees.
  Will be taking my business to Wendy's from now on.

  They're always super busy so much respect to the staff! Never had an order made incorrectly so I'm pretty happy with it. Standard McDonald's fare. Use the online or mail coupons when you can!

  Food quality is just like any McDonald's across Vancouver. The service time has been really long recently. However, they do sometimes compensate you (example: upgrade your side salad to a full size) if your wait was really long and complained. Source: I go there quite often.

  They have about a dozen of the automated ordering machine, definitely helps those who are used to the system. The customer volume is pretty big, the automated system is the way to go, I would choose that over the drive through. There is a cosy patio upstairs, can be hard to miss for those new to this McDonald's, the steps to it is located at the northwest corner of the building.

  This is one of the nicer, larger, and busier stores which also has a second floor (with fireplace and outdoor patio overlooking Kerrisdale) and drive-through. They offer the full line of menu items.
